John R. Danzi
John R. Danzi, Esq. brings a unique and powerful perspective to personal injury law, shaped by a background in public policy and extensive trial experience. Before earning his Juris Doctor from Touro College’s Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, John earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He interned on Capitol Hill for two United States Senators and worked in grassroots organizing. These formative experiences gave him a deep understanding of how policy intersects with the legal process and ultimately inspired him to pursue a career in law.

Prior to joining the firm, John spent years as a personal injury defense attorney, where he gained valuable insight into defense strategies—an advantage he now brings to the plaintiffs he represents. As a senior trial attorney, John has tried scores of cases and secured numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts, including a landmark $78.6 million verdict.

While John is always prepared to take a case to trial, he also serves as the firm’s lead negotiator. With a proven track record of securing high-value settlements, including several eight-figure outcomes, John is known for his strategic thinking, tenacity, and ability to navigate even the most complex legal matters. His skill in both the courtroom and the negotiation room has earned him the respect of clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel alike.

John is an active member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Nassau County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the New York State Bar Association.
